It is prophesied that a comet is approaching the earth bringing doom and destruction. There is an evangelist preaching in the village hall and there is a great storm raging. No wonder that all in Rab Cameron's house are in deadly fear. The evangelist enters preaching disaster and eternal punishment. Finally there are some loud explosions a red glow permeates the apartment and all are convinced that the end of the world has come. However, there is a happy explanation and all revert quickly to their usual selves. Although there are some tense moments, the play is full of laughs and provides good scope for character acting.
