In this play, which won a preliminary round in the 1985 S.C.D.A. One Act Festival, a widowed father begins to show an uncharacteristic interest in his personal appearance to the consternation of his daughters who fear the possibility of acquiring a stepmother. When it transpires that the lady in question is of their own generation, this they cannot accept and decide to discourage her interest in their father.
